Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mattel fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is returned in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
